Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills with the ability to achieve sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
