Camera Person

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Camera Person with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in video shooting and production. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of camera equipment and a good sense of framing, lighting, and storytelling.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Operate professional video cameras for shoots (DSLR/Mirrorless/Professional Cameras)

• Capture high-quality videos for social media, ads, events, interviews, and promotional content
• Set up lighting and audio equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots
• Coordinate with the creative team to understand shoot requirements
• Ensure proper framing, focus, exposure, and composition
• Maintain and handle camera equipment responsibly
• Assist in planning shoot locations and angles
• Deliver raw footage on time for editing

Required Skills:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of camera operations

• Understanding of lighting techniques
• Knowledge of frame composition and angles
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of video formats and resolutions
• Team player with good communication skills

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Diploma in Media, Film, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci)

• Experience in shooting reels, YouTube videos, or ad films
• Knowledge of gimbal and drone operations
