Job Responsibilities🍽️ Menu Planning & Development

• Design and update menus with a focus on quality, taste, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop new dishes and maintain consistency in food preparation.

🍽️ Food Quality Control

• Ensure every dish meets the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Monitor food quality before service.

👨‍🍳 Kitchen Operations & Team Management

• Supervise cooks, helpers, and kitchen staff.
• Train team members and maintain discipline in the kitchen.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

📦 Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels and kitchen supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Minimize food wastage and control food costs.

🧼 Food Safety & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements✔ 3–5 Years Experience as Chef / Head Chef

✔ Expertise in Indian Cuisine and Restaurant Kitchen Operations

✔ Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills

✔ Knowledge of Food Costing & Inventory Management

✔ Ability to Work Under Pressure in a Fast-Paced Environment

✔ Strong Understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Standards
