Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Executive to manage author queries, guide clients through the publication process, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries via call, email & WhatsApp.
• Explain publication services and guide clients on journal options.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Requirements Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage client needs.
• Basic knowledge of research publishing (preferred).
• Graduate in any discipline.
