Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Executive to manage author queries, guide clients through the publication process, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries via call, email & WhatsApp.
- Explain publication services and guide clients on journal options.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Requirements Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage client needs.
- Basic knowledge of research publishing (preferred).
- Graduate in any discipline.
