Job Description

  • Train and motivate team members to improve collection efficiency.
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the Collection operations at the assigned Branch.
  • Build relationship with EV OEM(s) and dealership in the assigned area.
  • Ensure collection performance targets are met.
  • Hire and train team members.
  • Prepare Daily performance report/MIS.
