Key Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy: Create and execute a monthly content calendar (Reels, Posts, Stories).
• Content Creation: Design graphics and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts).
• Engagement: Manage community interactions (comments/DMs) and trends.
• Growth: Use SEO, hashtags, and viral trends to scale organic reach.
• Reporting: Track weekly performance and adjust strategies based on data.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts.
• Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools (like CapCut or VN).
• Strong understanding of current algorithms and viral trends.
