Solar Login & Calling ExecutiveJob Title: Solar Login & Calling Executive

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers by phone and explain solar rooftop solutions.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Collect customer documents required for solar project applications and financing.
• Complete and submit ("login") customer applications in company systems, loan portals, or subsidy portals.
• Coordinate with sales, installation, and documentation teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application status.
• Resolve basic customer queries regarding pricing, installation, subsidies, and financing.
• Track daily calling, lead conversion, and application login targets.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales support, or documentation is an advantage.
• Ability to work with targets and follow up regularly with customers.
