Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the company’s software systems and databases.
- System Monitoring: Monitor the performance and operation of computer systems to ensure they are running efficiently and without interruption.
- Report Generation: Prepare and print regular reports, logs, and spreadsheets as required by management.
- Troubleshooting: Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting; coordinate with technical support for more complex repairs.
- Backups & Security: Conduct regular data backups to ensure information security and follow all company protocols regarding data privacy.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scanning, filing, and digital documentation as needed.
- Maintenance: Ensure that all peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, servers) is properly maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
