Customer Care Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (Voice Process) to handle inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via voice calls (inbound & outbound)

Provide accurate information about products/services

Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Maintain proper call records and reports

Follow company guidelines and communication standards

Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

Prior experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory)

Technical Requirements:

Own laptop or desktop computer

Stable high-speed internet connection

Basic knowledge of computer operations
