Job Description
💼 Process: FK-CT – Voice Process
📝 Role Overview:
This role involves working in the FK-CT Voice process, managing Seller interactions, addressing concerns, and resolving queries through inbound and outbound calls.
🗣️ Requirements:
• Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken & written)
• Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
• Minimum Graduates eligible
• 24/7 rotational shift (must be comfortable with rotational shifts)
• Must be open to 6 days working / rotational week off
• Paid training – certification required post training
