Hiring: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

Location: Work from Office (Hazratganj, near dainik jagran chauraha )

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for a voice process.

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Process: Voice Support
• Working Hours: 8 hours login + 1 hour break
• Shift Timings:
• Males: Rotational shifts
• Females: Day shift (may extend up to 8 PM)
• Week Off: Rotational (6 days working)
• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,500 in hand (no deductions)
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,500 (if shift ends or extends beyond 10 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve queries
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Maintain records of interactions in CRM systems
• Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, FCR, AHT, and quality standards
• Follow company policies and communication guidelines
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Stay updated with process and product knowledge
• Ensure customer data privacy and confidentiality

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
• Prior experience in BPO or customer service is preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language
• Good listening skills with a customer-centric approach
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of 25–30 WPM
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure
