Job Overview
Urjacart, an authorized distributor partner of Waaree, is looking for a Customer Delight Manager to ensure exceptional customer experience across the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to after-sales service. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing overall satisfaction in the solar energy segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales
- Ensure smooth onboarding and installation experience for solar projects
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams for timely resolutions
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure service quality and retention
- Track and manage service tickets, complaints, and escalations
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management
- Drive customer engagement and long-term relationship building
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or after-sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ability to handle escalations and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Profile
- Experience in solar/renewable energy industry
- Knowledge of rooftop solar installation process and service lifecycle
- Familiarity with handling B2B and B2C customers

Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: CTC ₹3,00,000 per annum (3 LPA)
· Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable
· Statutory Benefits: PF, ESI & Gratuity as per applicable laws
· Medical Insurance: Health insurance coverage of ₹5,00,000
