Orcid Publication is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client communication, assist researchers and authors, and build strong professional relationships with universities, journals, and academic professionals.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, client-handling ability, and a professional approach toward publication support services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Assist researchers regarding journal publication services

Maintain healthy relationships with authors and academic clients

Coordinate with journals and publication teams

Perform regular follow-ups with potential clients

Explain publication processes, indexing, and service details professionally

Manage leads and maintain client databases

Support marketing and outreach activities

Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction

MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge

Basic understanding of Scopus, WOS, and academic publishing
