Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and ambitious Sales Executive & Telecaller for Plot/House sales in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing high-value deals through excellent customer service and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, social media, and references.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable plot options accordingly.
• Conduct site visits with clients and provide in-depth project information.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through continuous follow-ups and relationship building.
• Maintain and update the sales database (CRM).
• Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales documentation and client support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent convincing & negotiation ability
• Field sales experience is a must (Real Estate/Insurance preferred)
• Basic knowledge of property laws and real estate market
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools
• Graduation preferred, but not mandatory
