Job Description
Hiring: Service Operations Executive – EV Vehicles
Company: CityCab
Location: Lucknow
Industry: Three wheeler Electric Vehicle (EV)
CityCab EV is looking for a Service Operations Executive to manage and streamline vehicle service complaints, workshop coordination, warranty tracking, and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage vehicle service complaints and ticket tracking
* Maintain and update service records on Google Sheets/software
* Coordinate with dealers, workshops, technicians, and customers
* Track pending vehicles, warranty claims, and spare parts status
* Ensure timely vehicle repair and delivery
* Monitor complaint aging and escalation cases
* Maintain proper vehicle receiving and delivery records
* Prepare daily service MIS and operational reports
* Follow up on delayed service cases and pending parts
Required Skills
* Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple service cases simultaneously
* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
* Prior experience in automobile/service operations preferred
Preferred Background
* Automobile workshop/service center experience
* Three wheeler EV industry experience
* Operations or backend coordination experience
