Job Title: Customer Support Engineer
Job Summary: Efficient Distributors Pvt. Ltd., an authorized distributor of SKF, is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support and sales assistance for SKF industrial products. The ideal candidate should have a technical background and be capable of understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and building strong relationships with industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable SKF products.
- Promote and sell SKF bearings and related industrial solutions to manufacturing industries and OEMs.
- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and application guidance to customers.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare visit reports, sales reports, and maintain customer records.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. or B.Tech. (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, or related technical discipline).
- Technical background is mandatory.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, customer support, or engineering services.
- Freshers with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills may also apply.
