Job Description –

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data in software systems, Excel sheets, and databases. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities –

• Enter customer, vendor, product, and transaction data into company software.
• Verify data accuracy before entering it into the system.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Check and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Scan, file, and maintain physical and digital documents.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
• Support administrative and operational activities as assigned.
• Enter sales orders, purchase orders, and stock-related data.
• Update customer and retailer records.
• Maintain medicine inventory data in ERP.
• Coordinate with Billing, Purchase, and Warehouse teams.
• Prepare stock, sales, and dispatch reports.

·        Requirements-

·        Must have 12th Pass.

·        Computer certification preferred.

·        0-1 Year Pharma/FMCG Experience.
