Job Description

  1. Pick up and deliver parcels/orders safely and within committed timelines
  2. Ensure proper handling of shipments to avoid damage or loss
  3. Follow assigned delivery routes and optimize travel for timely deliveries
  4. Maintain accurate delivery status updates through mobile app/ERP system
  5. Collect COD (Cash on Delivery) payments wherever applicable and deposit accurately
  6. Verify shipment details, customer address, and contact information before delivery
  7. Coordinate with hub/team leader for undelivered or failed shipments
  8. Maintain professional behavior and good customer service during deliveries
  9. Adhere to company SOPs, traffic rules, and safety guidelines
  10. Ensure daily vehicle readiness including fuel, documents, and basic maintenance
