Job Description: Digital & Affiliate Marketing Executive

Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Digital & Affiliate Marketing Executive to help manage our online presence and grow our partner network.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital campaigns and maintaining relationships with affiliates to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Campaign Management: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Search, Social, and Display).

* Affiliate Operations: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners. Manage day-to-day communications and performance tracking for existing affiliates.

* Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting targets.

* Content Coordination: Work with the creative team to ensure ad copies, banners, and landing pages are updated and effective.

* Reporting: Prepare basic weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and affiliate payouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

* **Experience: 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing or affiliate management (freshers with relevant certifications may apply).

* Technical Skills:

* Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

* Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms .

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas).

* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for partner outreach and internal collaboration.
