Position Title: Educated Babysitter / Child Support Companion

Location: Lucknow , Sushant Golf City

Job Type: Full-time (1 PM till 7 PM and stay incase parents are not at home

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible, educated, and caring female candidate to support a 14-year-old girl with her daily routine, homework, extracurricular activities, and general supervision when parents are unavailable. The role requires maturity, patience, good communication skills, and the ability to build a positive and trustworthy relationship with a teenager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with school homework, assignments, and study planning.
• Provide academic encouragement and basic learning support.
• Accompany the child to extracurricular activities, classes, events, or outings as required.
• Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and well-being during activities and at home.
• Stay overnight with the child when parents are traveling or unavailable.
• Encourage good habits, discipline, and positive behavior.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding schedules and activities.
• Provide emotional support and friendly companionship appropriate for a teenager.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Educated graduate or college student with good communication skills.
• Experience in childcare, tutoring, mentoring, or babysitting preferred.
• Patient, trustworthy, responsible, and well-mannered.
• Comfortable assisting with middle/high school-level homework.
• Willing to accompany the child outside for activities when needed.
• Flexible availability for occasional overnight stays.
• Background verification and references may be required.

Preferred Skills

• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate teenagers positively.
• Basic knowledge of school subjects and activity coordination.
• First-aid knowledge is a plus.

Compensation

• Salary: Starting 10 K (Negotiable)
