Job Description

Job Summary:Techpile Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and providing accurate information about training programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding available courses, career opportunities, and industry trends
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Convert leads into admissions by effectively explaining course benefits
  • Maintain follow-ups with prospective students and parents
  • Provide detailed information on course structure, fees, and schedules
  • Maintain student database and update CRM regularly
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
  • Organize seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions
