Job Description
Blueprint Reading: Must read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, schematic drawings, and panel layouts independently.
Panel Wiring: Handle complete wiring for functional industrial systems including AMF, APFC, PLC, VFD, and Main Power Distribution Boards (PDB).
Component Mounting: Fix and layout components like MCBs, contactors, relays, timers, PLCs, and meters on the mounting plates securely.
Termination & Dressing: Ensure neat routing, dressing, bunching, ferrule numbering, and crimping of control and power wires.
Busbar Work: Assist in basic busbar bending, sizing, sleeve insulation, and modifications when required.
Testing Support: Help the testing team check continuity and troubleshoot wiring faults before panel dispatch.
