Job Title: Electrician (3–5 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electrician with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial and factory environments. The candidate will be responsible for machine maintenance, electrical panel work, and ensuring smooth operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machines
• Work on control panels (both single-phase and three-phase systems)
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Support factory operations by minimizing downtime through timely repairs
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical work (factory/industrial setup preferred)
• Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase systems
• Experience with control panel wiring and maintenance
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards
• Experience with preventive maintenance schedules
• Team player with a proactive attitude
