F&B Manager

Vieanna Inn is looking for a creative and meticulous F&B Manager to elevate our dining concepts and banquet operations. You will manage our culinary offerings, ensure exceptional service design, and curate memorable dining experiences that align with the hotel's premium visual and cultural identity.

Key Responsibilities

 Operations & Service: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, in-room dining, and banqueting spaces, ensuring flawless service delivery.

 Menu & Concept Curation: Partner closely with the kitchen team to refine menus, introduce seasonal culinary highlights, and maintain high-quality food presentation.

 Financial Control: Manage F&B budgets, control food and labor costs, and implement strategic pricing to maximize profitability.

 Event Execution: Lead the planning and execution of private events, corporate dinners, and high-profile social gatherings at our banquet venues.

 Compliance: Maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards across all dining and kitchen areas.

Qualifications

 Experience: 4+ years in F&B management, preferably in premium standalone restaurants or boutique hotel environments.

 Skills: Deep knowledge of diverse cuisines, strong team management capabilities, menu engineering, and impeccable taste in culinary storytelling.

 Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
