FI Recovery & Collection Executive

JIGYASA is looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and field-oriented FI Recovery & Collection Executive to manage customer collections, EMI recoveries, overdue accounts, and finance-related follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.

• Key Responsibilities Recover overdue EMI payments from customers through field visits and telephonic follow-ups.
• Visit customers for collection and recovery activities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with finance companies, banks, customers, and internal departments regarding payment schedules.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers while resolving payment issues.
• Prepare and submit daily collection reports, visit reports, and MIS.
• Track overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in repossession or legal recovery processes whenever required as per company policy.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Accounts departments for smooth recovery operations.
• Support recovery activities related to both electric vehicles and Safeli Battery business.
• Maintain complete documentation of collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal recovery procedures.
