Job Responsibilities

• Visit company-generated leads and under-construction residential & commercial sites.

• Generate new leads through builders, architects, contractors and customer referrals.

• Meet customers, understand their requirements and explain our products & services.

• Schedule showroom visits and coordinate with the design team.

• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Maintain daily reports of site visits, meetings and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willing to work in the field across Lucknow.

• Own two-wheeler preferred.

• Smartphone mandatory.

• Freshers with excellent communication can apply.

• Candidates with Sales, Real Estate, Building Materials, Furniture or Interior industry experience will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month

• Travel/Petrol Allowance
