Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell E-Rickshaw batteries in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing dealer and distributor networks, visiting battery shops and E-Rickshaw dealers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers, including battery dealers, E-Rickshaw dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Conduct daily field visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell E-Rickshaw batteries to dealers and commercial buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Expand the dealer and distribution network in the assigned territory.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely order processing and deliveries.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.
• Submit daily sales reports and customer visit reports to the Sales Manager.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of field sales and B2B sales.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in batteries, automotive products, electrical products, or E-Rickshaw industry.

• Additional Requirements
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
