Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager
Location: Vrindavan Yojana Sec-2 Lucknow
Job Summary:- The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products/services, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business deals.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Required Skills:-
- Excellent sales and persuasion ability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
- Target-driven and result-oriented attitude
Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Freshers or Experienced candidates with 0–1 years of experience in sales/business development can apply.
Preferred Experience:- Experience in Finance, Banking, Loan, or DSA sector will be an advantage.
