Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to close high-value franchise deals (₹25L–₹40L investment range).

This role is focused on converting warm leads into successful franchise partners through structured consultation and relationship-building.


Responsibilities:

  • Connect with qualified leads via call, WhatsApp, and Zoom
  • Understand client profile, budget, and business goals
  • Present franchise model, ROI, and growth potential
  • Handle objections and build trust with prospects
  • Guide clients through the complete decision process
  • Close deals and coordinate onboarding with internal team

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-ticket sales (₹5L+ deals preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain business models and ROI clearly
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and follow-ups

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + High commission per closure
