Job Description


• Handle POS transactions, retail sales & cash reconciliation

• Coordinate stylist schedules to reduce wait times

• Train/supervise front desk staff

• Resolve client concerns with professionalism

• Keep reception area guest-ready & Greet clients and manage bookings, calls & waitlists


You have:


• 1+ years in front desk/hospitality (salon/spa a plus)

• Strong communication & multitasking skills

• Comfort with scheduling/POS systems

• A warm, professional, sales-savvy manner
