Front Office Executive – Skystay
We are hiring a Front Office Executive for our hospitality/Airbnb business in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
- Responsibilities:Guest check-in & check-out handle karna
- Calls, WhatsApp & booking inquiries manage karna
- Airbnb / OTA bookings handle karna
- Guest support & complaint resolution
- Daily room availability update karna
- Housekeeping coordination
- Good guest experience maintain karna
- Requirements:Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Hindi & basic English required
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Smart & professional behaviour
- Immediate joining preferred
