Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand designs across multiple platforms, including digital media, print materials, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate concepts and requirements into compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative and visually appealing graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Develop designs for websites, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams.
- Incorporate feedback constructively to improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and branding.
- Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to accept and implement feedback effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a relevant industry or working with cross-functional teams.
