Urgent Hiring: HR Executive – Recruitment
📍 Location: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
💰 Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
🕒 Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
🎓 Qualification: MBA (HR) is Mandatory
- Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Telecalling profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and joining process.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Requirements:MBA (HR) is mandatory.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Experience in sales hiring will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
