Job Description
Company: Shabd Production House
Location: Indira Nagar, Sector 17, Munshipulia, Lucknow
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory)
Language: Good English Communication (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Conduct interviews and complete onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Create and implement company policies and rules.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee relations.
Handle employee issues and maintain workplace discipline.
Support management in team building and HR operations.
Ensure smooth HR processes and company compliance.
Preferred Candidate
MBA (HR) with at least 1 year of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Media Company, or Production House will be preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage complete HR operations.
