🧩 Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage attendance, payroll, recruitment, and HR operations for our construction projects. The role involves close coordination between office and on-site teams.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities🕘 Attendance ManagementMaintain daily attendance records (Register / Excel / Biometric systems)
• Track late arrivals, absenteeism, and leave records
• Prepare and submit monthly attendance reports
• 💰 Payroll ManagementProcess monthly payroll (attendance, leaves, overtime, advances, deductions)
• Handle basics of PF, ESIC, and incentives
• Generate and distribute salary slips
• Resolve employee payroll queries
• 👥 Recruitment & HiringManage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, telephonic interviews)
• Coordinate hiring for both office and site staff
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely onboarding
• Collect and verify employee documents
• 📂 HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR documentation
• Issue offer and appointment letters
• Support discipline and HR coordination activities
• Submit regular HR reports to management
• 🎯 Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate (any discipline)
• 1–3 years of HR experience (construction/site HR preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple site employees efficiently
• ⏱ Working ConditionsOffice-based role with site coordination
• Deadline-driven environment (payroll & hiring)
• Preference for candidates seeking long-term association
• 💼 Preferred ExperienceHR experience in Construction / Real Estate industry
• Hands-on experience in Attendance, Payroll, and Recruitment
