ICU Nurse

Job Summary:

ICU Nurse critically ill patients ki continuous monitoring, advanced care aur emergency support provide karta hai. Unka main kaam life-saving procedures ko efficiently handle karna hota hai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Critically ill patients ki 24x7 monitoring karna (vital signs jaise BP, pulse, oxygen level check karna).
2. Ventilator, cardiac monitor, infusion pumps jaise medical equipment operate karna.
3. Doctors ke instructions ke according medications aur injections administer karna.
4. Emergency situations (cardiac arrest, respiratory failure) me quick response aur CPR dena.
5. Patient ka accurate documentation aur record maintain karna.
6. Infection control protocols follow karna aur ICU hygiene maintain karna.
7. Patient ke attendants ko condition aur care process explain karna.
8. IV lines, catheters, feeding tubes ka proper management karna.
9. Multidisciplinary team (doctor, technician) ke sath coordination karna.
10. Shift-wise handover properly dena (patient condition update ke sath).

Required Skills:

• Qualification:B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing
• Valid Nursing Registration
• ICU experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Working Conditions:Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
• High-pressure environment
• Immediate response requirement
