Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer health concerns and explain suitable Ayurvedic treatment plans.
  • Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer queries regarding treatments, products, pricing, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with doctors and other departments when required.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Consult customers about health issues (acidity, skin, piles, fatty liver)
