Job Description
Space Planning & Design: Develop layout concepts, floor plans, 3D renderings, and detailed architectural interior drawings using design software.
Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budget, and design preferences to present tailored interior solutions and concepts.
Material & Color Selection: Select and specify suitable materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and color palettes for projects.
Site Supervision & Execution: Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and vendors to ensure designs are accurately executed on-site according to standards and deadlines.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, material procurement, and cost management from concept through final installation.
