Job Description
We are hiring for *International US Calling - Health Insurance Lead Generation Process*. You will connect with US customers to generate qualified leads for health insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation - Outbound*
Make outbound calls to US customers from provided database
Explain different health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage
Qualify leads based on customer needs and eligibility
Schedule appointments for licensed agents/sales team
Maintain and update all lead data in CRM accurately
Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets
Skills and Qualifications:
*Language*: Fluent English with neutral accent preferred
*Communication*: Excellent speaking, convincing & listening skills
*Education*: 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers & experienced both can apply
*Experience*: 0-3 years in International BPO/Telecalling preferred
*Technical*: Basic computer knowledge, CRM & internet usage
*Shift*: Comfortable with US Night Shift
Salary & Benefits:
*Fixed Salary*: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month fix salary
*Incentives*: ₹5,000 - ₹50,000+ per month on lead generation
Work Environment:
*Shift Timing*: US Shift
7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
