Job Description

Hiring for US Health Insurance sales process - No sales targets. You'll make outbound calls to US customers to explain health insurance plans and assist with enrollment.


Key Responsibilities:

. Make outbound calls to US customers regarding health insurance plans

. Explain policy features, benefits, and enrollment process

. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

. Update customer details in CRM/software

. Maintain call quality and compliance as per process guidelines


Skills and Qualifications:

*Fluent English*: Excellent spoken English with neutral accent

*Communication*: Good communication & listening skills

*Education*: 12th pass / Graduate, any stream

*Experience*: 0-3 years. Freshers with good English can apply
