Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Control food cost, portion size, and wastage
  2. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
  3. Supervise kitchen staff (Sous Chef, CDP, Commis, Helpers)
  4. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness & food safety (HACCP/FSSAI)
  5. Check daily requisition and inventory of raw materials
  6. Coordinate with purchase & stores for quality supplies
  7. Train kitchen staff on SOPs and improve their skills
  8. Follow and enforce Dining and Delivery protocols
  9. Ensure kitchen equipment maintenance and safety
  10. Follow company policies and standard recipes
  11. Monitor kitchen expenses and monthly food cost reports
  12. Work closely with F&B Manager and Management
