Job Purpose :

To connect with prospective customers, understand their business and technology requirements, explain relevant Gen Z Tech Solution services, generate and qualify leads, conduct systematic follow-ups and coordinate qualified prospects with the sales/technical team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-approved leads and databases. • Introduce and explain Gen Z Tech Solution’s digital, web, software and IT services in a clear and professional manner. • Generate leads for SEO, SMM, Social Media Management, SMO, PPC and Content Marketing services. • Generate leads for Web Design, Web Development, Graphic Design and Mobile App Development projects. • Generate and qualify enquiries related to Cyber Security, SSL implementation, malware removal and digital asset protection services. • Understand customer requirements, business objectives, project needs and expected timelines. • Identify potential prospects and qualify leads based on requirement, interest, budget and decision-making status, as applicable. • Explain service benefits and arrange detailed discussions, meetings, demos or consultations with the concerned team. • Handle basic customer questions and escalate technical, pricing or project-specific queries to the appropriate team. • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, requirements, follow-up dates and outcomes in CRM/Excel or the assigned system. • Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects and support lead conversion. • Coordinate smooth handover of qualified leads to sales, digital marketing, web development, software or technical teams. • Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling, lead-generation and follow-up targets. • Maintain professional communication and follow company policies, scripts, customer-data practices and reporting procedures.

Skills Required :

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Good Hindi and English communication skills. • Confident and professional telephone manner. • Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, apps and IT services, or strong willingness to learn. • Lead generation, customer handling and follow-up skills. • Persuasion, objection handling and basic negotiation skills. • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. • Accurate data entry and CRM/Excel updating ability. • Target-oriented approach, time management and teamwork. • Positive attitude, patience, discipline and professional conduct.
