Job Description
We are hiring Lithium-Ion Battery Assembly Technicians for EV battery manufacturing at Aetherium Energy Private Limited.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lithium-ion battery pack assembly
• Spot welding and nickel strip fitting
• BMS wiring and battery connections
• Cell testing and voltage matching
• Battery pack testing and quality checking
• Maintaining safety and production standards
• Assembly line discipline and cleanliness
Requirements:
• Experience in lithium battery or EV battery assembly preferred
• Knowledge of spot welding and BMS connection
• Basic electrical/electronics understanding
• ITI/Diploma candidates preferred
• Freshers with practical skills can also apply
Preferred Skills:
• Lithium-ion battery assembly
• Spot welding
• Battery testing
• EV battery knowledge
• QC and troubleshooting
Salary depends on skills and experience.
