Job Title: Logistics cum Operations Coordinator


Location: Faizabad Road, Lucknow

Position Purpose

Logistics cum Operations Coordinator ka main role hai ki

Customer ka order sahi material ke saath, sahi quantity mein,

sahi time par dispatch ho aur delivery process smooth chale.


Aapko Sales Team, Warehouse, Supplier, Transporter aur Customer ke saath daily communication karna hoga.


A. Order Processing

  • Sales Team se order receive karna.
  • Order details verify karna.
  • Dispatch priority decide karna


B. Dispatch Planning

  • Daily dispatch schedule banana.
  • Vehicle planning karna.
  • Material loading sequence decide karna.
  • Same day aur next day deliveries plan karna.


C. Warehouse Coordination

  • Warehouse se stock confirm karna.
  • Picking list verify karna.
  • Material loading supervise karna.
  • Packing quality check karna.


D. Transport Coordination

  • Transporter arrange karna.
  • Vehicle availability ensure karna.
  • Driver details maintain karna.
  • Delivery tracking karna.
  • Delay hone par customer aur Sales Team ko update dena.


E.Customer Coordination

  • Dispatch confirmation dena.
  • Delivery timing inform karna.
  • Customer complaints receive karna.
  • Delivery issues resolve karna



🎓 Qualification & Skills:


Graduate (BBA / B.Com / Supply Chain / Operations preferred).


  • Minimum 1 years experience in coordination / logistics.
  • Good in MS Excel, Word.
  • Should be organized, punctual & problem-solving minded.
