Machine Desinger

We are seeking a skilled Machine Designer to design, develop, and improve industrial machines, equipment, and automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for creating 3D models, detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation while ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and manufacturing requirements. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA is essential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and equipment.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
• Conduct design reviews and implement improvements for performance and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, production, electrical, and project teams.
• Support prototype development, testing, and machine commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and revision control.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of machine design principles and mechanical engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Inventor, or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation systems.
• Experience with FEA/Simulation tools is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
