Job Description

The Makeup Trainer – Advanced Level leads the professional-tier programs at Kalp Makeup Academy, including Bridal Makeup, Airbrush Makeup, HD Makeup, Hairstyling, Draping, and Nails. This role requires industry-level expertise, the ability to mentor students toward professional readiness, and consistent delivery of portfolio-grade outcomes. The advanced trainer is a key figure in producing placement-ready, certification-eligible graduates.•     Deliver all Advanced-level modules: Bridal, HD, Airbrush, Hairstyling, Draping, and Nails as per the HO-approved curriculum.

•     Conduct theory, demonstration, and supervised practical sessions following the documented lesson plan.

•     Execute full-look demonstrations – photography clarity required; students must be able to view every step.

•     Maintain a step-by-step demo approach with student Q&A resolved before practicals begin.

•     Execute theme-based Saturday internal assessments.

•     Guide students through all mandatory portfolio looks (Bridal classic/HD/matte/reception, Airbrush bridal/party, HD dewy/matte).

•     Ensure before & after shots for every look; no filters or beauty apps.

•     Coordinate portfolio shoots with the photography assistant; maintain proper lighting & studio-standard backgrounds.

•     Upload all portfolio images to Google Drive under the correct student folder.

Approve and review student portfolios for presentation and certification eligibility
