Position Title: MIS Executive MALE (Hospital)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Budget: 20-28k

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage hospital data, generate reports, and support decision-making by maintaining accurate and timely information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and maintain hospital data (OPD, IPD, billing, pharmacy, inventory, etc.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
• Generate department-wise reports (doctor performance, patient flow, revenue, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems
• Maintain and update records in Hospital Management System (HMS)
• Create Excel dashboards, reports, and data analysis
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation
• Monitor KPIs and highlight trends or discrepancies
• Ensure data confidentiality and proper documentation

Qualifications (As per Profile)

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (BCA, BBA, B.Com preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Management (hospital experience preferred)

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Hospital Management Systems (HMS)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

• Experience in hospital or healthcare setup
• Knowledge of billing, pharmacy, or inventory data
• Ability to create dashboards and presentations
