Job Title: Interior Construction SupervisorCompany: M/s Lala Ji Kitchen Interior & Construction
Location: Lucknow
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift hiring an experienced Kitchen Interior Construction Supervisor to manage interior execution projects, coordinate with clients, and supervise on-site activities. The candidate should have strong site-handling skills along with basic knowledge of interior drawings.
- Key Responsibilities Meet clients to understand project requirements
- Regular follow-ups with clients regarding project progress
- Visit interior construction sites on a daily basis
- Manage site execution, labour, and materials
- Coordinate with vendors and workers to ensure timely completion
- Handle customer calling and project updates
- Read and understand 2D & 3D interior designs
- Ensure quality control and safety at the site
- Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate (B.Arch / B.Design preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior construction or site supervision
- Gender: only male genders allowed
- English: Basic English
- Skills Required Interior site supervision
- Client handling and coordination
- Site management & execution
- Knowledge of interior materials and finishes
- Understanding of 2D & 3D drawings
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Salary & Benefits₹17,000 – ₹26,000 per month
