We are looking for Field Sales Executives to promote and sell solar products. Your role will involve meeting potential customers, generating leads, closing deals, and building strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers to present and promote solar productsGenerate leads via field visits, networking, and referralsConduct site visits & coordinate with technical teams for proposals Negotiate & close sales within company policies
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targetsSubmit regular sales activity reports to the manager
Work in B2B & B2C markets.
Qualifications & SkillsMinimum education:
12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Experience in field sales preferred (freshers welcome!)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated, hardworking & target-oriented Willing to travel within assigned territory
Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based (₹10,000 – ₹20,000+ monthly potential)
