Job Description
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting different departments such as HR, IT, and Accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, coordination ability, and attention to detail.
- Key Responsibilities1. Office AdministrationMaintain office cleanliness, discipline, and smooth workflow
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory management
- Coordinate with vendors for services (housekeeping, internet, maintenance, etc.)
- 2. Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain employee records and company documents
- Handle filing systems (physical & digital)
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- 3. Vendor & Facility ManagementCoordinate with service providers (electrician, IT support, etc.)
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment
- 4. IT & Support CoordinationAssist IT team in asset tracking (laptops, systems, accessories)
- Maintain records of IT assets and software licenses
- Coordinate for troubleshooting and system setup
- 5. HR & Employee SupportAssist HR in onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Support employee engagement activities
- 6. Travel & LogisticsArrange travel bookings (tickets, hotels)
- Manage courier and dispatch services
- 7. Compliance & SecurityEnsure office safety and security protocols
- Maintain visitor logs and access control
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Time management and attention to detail
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate)
